Industrious Norrathians have discovered the Far Seas Caravans outside the city of Neriak!  This monthly festival is a place to spend those City Tokens you've been earning doing City Tasks on city-themed house items and other fun stuff.  Don't forget to pick up a spiffy Festival outfit!
